Crap, I almost forgot. I need a new router. Preferably Wireless N and pretty much anything but Linksys.

I remember looking at one earlier in the year that allowed the connection of a USB external HDD to use as a networked drive. I wish I would have bookmarked it because I can't remember what brand it was. I thought it was a steal as an actual networked drive bay starts at 100.00 usually and this router wasn't much more than that. I'm thinking it may have been a D-Link but not sure.

Well son of a bitch. I just noticed newegg is giving that 1.5TB WD drive that I bought free shipping. I ended up paying 6.00 for shipping because of that $0.50 2.5" drive case.  Thumbs Down

EDIT: I just canceled and reordered minus the case. I don't really think the case was worth the extra 6.50. This just means I'll get a "sorry, we can't cancel your order at this time" message and I'll get stuck with 2 orders.

 rotflmao

It looks like I got the order canceled so I won't have to deal with any returns.

LOL, I give up. Now i see Amazon price matched newegg for the Western Digital 1.5TB drive for 90.00. Even though I already bought one earlier plus just picking up a 1TB drive not 30min. ago I'm really tempted to grab another one just because for a few extra dollars I could have it in a day.

I am tempted to pick up one of those 1tb caviar green drives myself. I've got a 640GB Caviar black and a 200gb Seagte Barracuda drive on this computer and I can't believe i already need more space.

I have 1 of the 1TB Caviar Green drives installed in an Antec MX-1 cases and it's been going for a year now.

Talking about running out of room, you would think I'm nuts with the amount of storage I have between everything in my house. I have dual 320GB drives in my laptop(plus the 1TB mentioned above connected to it alongside an extra 120GB 2.5" that used to be inside the laptop)) and I am seriously considering moving up to dual 500GB drives internally. My one Tivo S3 has the stock 250GB with a 500GB External added to it(thinking of grabbing another 1TB while they are s cheap for a spring/summer upgrade). My other one has only the stock drive but will soon be 1TB after I get the drive and order a copy of InstantCake. My 3 Tivo Series 2s each have 500GB drives in them now. My Media Center pcs all have dual 500GBs. I even have a 500GB external connected to my PS3 just for the heck of it(I don't want to risk damaging it by opening it up to change the internal drive).

Anything good as far as blu-ray or dvd goes? also might be interested in a camcorder if it was dirt cheap.
