So my cellular service is with Verizon and they really enjoy junking up our phones with forced apps. I'm not talking about one or two here, I'm talking about almost a dozen of them. Now it's not as if these apps really take up much space it's just the fact that even though we can pay upwards of $100.00 per month for service on top of the $250.00+ we pay for our phones they feel the need to stick us with apps we most likely don't want and can't remove. And the one that really gets me is the Verizon apps themselves. At one point when I first got the phone I had I believe two. Now they have split those two into more. The list of apps I have stuck on my phone that I can't delete are:

Blockbuster - I have Netflix/never use BB so this app is completely useless
Rhapsody - I don't want to pay to listen to music so again it's useless
V Cast Music - Verizon music service that also costs money so useless
V Cast Tones - Paid ringtones I think
V Cast Videos - another useless app for me
V Cast Media - useless as I've never even opened it to see what it is
VZ Navigator - paid GPS that once again I won't use
Stocks - never follow the market
Slacker - another music app
Verizon Apps - Verizon app store which I never use
Verizon Video - never opened it but it's always needing an update
Lets Golf 2 - game preinstalled that wants you to pay to play it

There are a few others like Youtube but I would actually install that one anyway if it wasn't already installed. I just hate that even after we "buy" these phones we actually don't fully own them.

I just noticed another forced app. Bitbop TV. Another subscription service app that I can't delete. I bet there are even more on the phone as well that I haven't noticed since I have so many apps installed.
