Engadget HD Podcast 212 - 08.31.2010

We had to wait all week to talk about the TiVo Slide Remote on the podcast, listen in to find out if it was worth the wait. Meanwhile, Google TV made the news last week in an unusual way, but Sony and Netflix had their own streaming news to cover. A shocking drop in the number of people subscribing to traditional pay-tv servcies set the table for our discussion of the latest news from Verizon and Time Warner, before we talked about the latest HDTVs and 3DTVs on the way from LG and Toshiba. Finally, this week's podcast closes out with a slew of Blu-ray news including a new classic on the way, and a brand new use for BD-Live.
